Potioncat:
I'm not sure if my post was clear, but I was saying we don't know if
he was telling the truth or telling a lie.
But I think you've brought up some good points (not only here, but in
the Snape/unforgivables and DD-using-AK threads) Would DD and Moody
(real Moody) agree to demonstrate Unforgivables to the 4th years? DD
who resists using some power because of his personal standards and
Moody who avoided using certain curses even in war.
But the problem with Crouch!Moody not having permission, is: Didn't
DD hear about this at some point? He knows so much that goes on at
Hogwarts. With all the students so excited about DADA classes, and
talking about it, something must have gotten back to DD.
There are a bunch of thoughts in my head, too many. I'll go work
with my pensieve awhile and come back later with my thoughts gathered.
