Dolohov & Lack of Russian Accent (Was Re: Karkaroffa educator)

Debra:
It is certainly acceptable that the students/former students
mentioned above are "simply Brits of foreign extraction", as you so
eloquently put it. However, I think the fact that Dolohov's name
leads us to believe that he is the sole representive of what someone
(maybe Carol?) brought up and dubbed the "Durmstrang branch of Death
Eaters" (apologies if I misquoted or especially miscredited). After
all, (memory again) "Durmstrang concentrates a lot more on the Dark
Arts, and not just the Defense rubbish [they] do at Hogwarts".
Shouldn't that logically mean that many Durmstrang kids grow up to be
Death Eaters? And for that matter, if the concentrations of the
separate magical schools are really that varied, and the schools are
so geographically separated, why are there not more people with
accents at Hogwarts, or people with different or missing written
accents from Beauxbatons or Durmstrang?
