This suggestion sounds reasonable to me. But we can't be totally sure
what spell Arthur used on Harry's glasses in COS, as it just says "Mr.
Weasley took Harry's glasses, gave them a tap of his wand, and
returned them, good as new." (COS, Am. pb. ed., p.56)
Does this mean it's likely Harry can't fix the mirror Sirius gave him,
or will it just take a different spell?
