Finwitch:
Perhaps Sirius sent a letter to the Goblins as well? Secondly, this
was a high-security Vault 713 (or was it 711) Sirius booked when they
planned on the Fidelius Charm. It is not given on a name, and the
administering Goblin might not even know the name for it. (but
Sirius' authorisation is magically confirmed, of course... Maybe the
Goblins identified fingerprints on the letter or something).
Anyway, I'm positive if the Goblin thought something, he realised
that the person with numbered, high security Vault, was just using
a "false" name in withdrawal, and as they are probably even more
strict on confidentiality than Swiss Banks, they certainly didn't say
anything to the broomstick sellers or Ministry of Magic.
