I think Reparo works only for glass, plastic, and similar substances
(the broken nose bridge is an unusual instance of the kinds of repairs
made using that spell. Usually it's a shattered vial, bowl, or similar
container, or something like the glass door in your example). I do
think Reparo will work for the mirror Sirius gave Harry (assuming that
he kept all the pieces), but if it worked for wands, Hagrid would long
since have "borrowed" someone else's wand to repair his own. If Reparo
could fix everything (except returning spilled fluids to their
container, which we know can't be done), there'd be no market for
Spellotape (another of JKR's little puns).
