(Very cute, Janet. I like it!)

But! A Quirrell post and someone doesn't know it's me who started it?
That can only mean that I haven't been posting enough lately! (Janet-
I'm pleased to introduce myself: I'm the resident Quirrell apologist
on this list)

Okay. Here's something else. We are all familiar with this quote
(even Kloves got it right):

"What happened down in the dungeons between you and Professor
Quirrell is a complete secret, so, naturally, the whole school knows."

Um, just How, Exactly, would everyone know what happened between Harry
and Quirrell? The only two people who were there were Harry and
Quirrell. Dumbledore arrived later. Harry didn't tell anyone - he was
unconscious in the hospital wing. Either Quirrell told Dumbledore and
he blabbed it around, or there was someone else in the dungeon.

I have no problem with Quirrell telling Dumbledore. Everyone knows
how I feel about that. But would the Headmaster really tell everybody?

Or, any guesses who else might have been in the dungeon? My money is
on Myrtle. She'd have no problem spreading the word. And, fitting in
nicely with the rest of the Redeemed!Quirrell theory, Myrtle could
have helped Quirrell with his escape through the pipes.

mileage left in the Q-man.
