Ah! "A dying confession!" Well, at least you are part way on board 
the Quirrell-survived-Voldemort's-departure theory ship. You agree 
that he at least lived long enough to talk to Dumbledore. I agree 
that Quirrell probably told Dumbledore. But I really doubt that 
Dumbledore told anyone. He is the one who calls it "a complete 
secret". If it's a secret, would he have been the one to leak? And if 
it's a COMPLETE secret, that sounds to me as if he hasn't told 
Anybody. As in Nobody. It sounds to me as if he is saying that the 
leak came from somewhere else, although he isn't too upset about it. 
I'm still thinking Myrtle.

CV, who doesn't believe Dumbledore would let someone die in front of 
him when the means to keep him alive is right there.
