Traci:
Harry has been forbidden for years to ask questions by the
Dursleys. He's probably curious, but they have drilled into his head
to keep quiet and not ask questions for so long, I'm sure he just
goes with it. Even when Petunia slipped up in OotP and revealed that
she knew a little more about the wizarding world than she had been
letting on, she refused to follow up with any of the questions Harry
asked her then.

Traci:
I don't think it's illegal to overhear a prophecy, I just got the
impression that the person that was listening to DD and Trewlaney in
the hoghead was someone that wasn't welcomed in that pub at the
time. Similar to how Mundungus isn't welcomed there now.

Traci:
They don't allow children to time travel. They don't really allow
anyone to time travel, but Hermione got special permission because
she was a model student and they trusted her not to use it for
anything except her lessons. She actually kept her promise until DD
encouraged her to break it to save Sirius and Buckbeak.

Traci:
I would think the DD is not a seer. He didn't want to hire a
fortune teller because he was skeptical about the subject. Why would
he be skeptical if he was a seer? Anyway, he thought Trelawney was
an "old fraud" as well, until she gave the prophecy about Harry and
Voldemort.

Traci:
The PS/SS was at the school because it was under the watchful eye
of DD, not because Nicholas Flamel was a teacher. Remember, the trio
had a hard time figuring out who he was.
