I politely disagree.

I'm guessing that Lupin would have assumed the class would have told
Snape (Lupin would have been right, they did, and Snape disregarded
them and then he assigned them an essay on werewolves).

But those, while being of debatable wisdom, are not unprofessional
behaviors towards another teacher.

I *think* Draco would view Snape as somewhere between a minion and a
friend of his dad.
