I  have visions of Arthur being shredded by a lawnmower.

Quite a few wizards wander around the Muggle world but never seem to 
come to grief. You'd expect that one would get hit by a bus occasionally,
but the patients at St Mungo's don't seem to be the victims of the mundane.

As for deliberately hurting a wizard, I don't know. I suspect not, but I'll 
give it some thought and try to come up  with something that's suitably
gory/disgusting/entertaining, depending on your outlook.
