Oooh, a fellow enthusiast for the lives of totally minor and 
otherwise unmentioned characters! (see recent RadioTBay interview 
with Kirley McCormack). I think there could be possibly three Fawcett 
children at Hogwarts, as in addition to the two you mention, a Miss 
Fawcett is mentioned in the duelling scene in CS:

Lockhart says: 'careful there, Miss Fawcett.. pinch it hard, it'll 
stop bleeding in a second..'. As this is a mixed scene full of all 
the Hogwarts students, we can't tell whether it is either the 
Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw girl, or yet another.

Wonder if any of them will have a fling with any of the Weasley boys 
down in Ottery St Mary?
