Just had an idea about the sherrifs officers and the debtor! Who do 
we know, undeniably, is on the run because of debts he is unable to 
discharge of? Ludo Bagman! Who is after him? The Goblins. And who 
else does he owe money (though the liklihood that he will ever pay 
them is nil)? Fred and George. And they live in Ottery St. Catchpole. 

I am not entirley sure what I am getting at here, but it is likley 
JKR chose the name Catchpole for a reason. 

Can anyone make more sense of this than I have just attempted?
