Oooh wouldn't this be a nice opportunity to spend some time with 
Luna during the summer... 

Ok non-romantically now, I've just jumped on the Harry/Luna ship of 
late. Yes, I believe you're right. In GoF some of the Fawcett's are 
mentioned during the Yule Ball chapters. The fact that 3/4 of the 
families right now are anti-voldemort (Fawcetts yet to be known, 
Lovegood's nominally anti-voldie, but definately not pro-voldie) it 
would make a good target for a Death Eater strike. It's true that 
we've heard the name many times and still have only seen the Burrow. 
Until this post I didn't even remember that the 
Diggorys/Lovegoods/Fawcetts lived there as well. 

I personally would love to hear some theories on this one.
