The Weasley boys explained how they could fly the car and not get in
trouble with MoM.  They didn't enchant the car, it is okay to use
things that others have enchanted, they just can't do it themselves.

My question is why wasn't Harry punished for what he did in MoM to
Bellatrix at the end of OotP?  Anyone got any theories?
