Dumbledore's wounded hand

Has anyone else thought of the HBP book cover art that showed two 
hands in the grip of an Unbreakable Vow? IIRC, one was withered: at 
the time, speculation was that the owner of that hand was very old - 
but what if the artist meant it to be DD's hand? This would imply 
another Unbreakable Vow (though not supported by the text, and I don't 
see why the artist would have done that). Still, it's been weighing on 
my mind the last few days, and I wondered what you all might think.
