These are not really parallels because Jesus' call "Why have you
forsaken me is to God the Father. Because he was being crucified to
carry the sins of the world, God for that moment turned away, hence the
cry.
It was nothing to do with Judas, who did indeed commit suicide; that is
in the Bible narrative.
Regarding the question of martyrdom strengthening people or their work,
I think that Dumbledore is (or was) strong enough already. It might be
interesting to see how events work out with some of the others - Malfoy
for instance who seems very uncertain of where he stands at the moment.
