The law is different from a magical contract. This contract is
explicitly set up so nobody can get out, when entered. That is why
people get warned about putting their names in, and that is why they
have to be adults: to make that kind of decision, knowing nobody can
get them out if they get cold feet. It is binding by magic, not by
law. So no, Harry could not get out.
