The problem with this is, of course, that Harry has an explicitly 
exceptional connection with Voldemort.  All of these situations may 
involve Legilimency, but there's this complicating factor, and 
no 'control group' to set these things against.  Ergo, it is 
impossible to say that any other character could be privy to the 
things in the same manner as Harry has.

-Nora leans towards the mysterious connection with Voldemort, which 
Dumbledore extolls as one of Harry's unique weapons, as being the 
controlling factor in all of Pippin's 'canonical' assertions, not 
Legilimency per se
