I agree the Foe-Glass is strong proof that Snape is DDM; but I still
believe the incontrovertable proof is Dumbledore himself.  Dumbledore
trusted Snape.  I do not believe that a wizard of Dumbledore's power
and wisdome could have been fooled if Snape wasn't genuine.  I
believe that Book 7 will prove that Dumbledore's trust was justified.

But outside of being on the right-side in the fight against Voldy;
Snape is not a good guy.  He's cruel to the students that are not in
his house.
