Sure, his soul is untarnished and whole - That doesn't mean it's alone
in his body - my belief is that it's not _he_ who is the horcrux, but
his _scar_ is. Or possibly his body in general, which isn't
contradicted by any pristine aspect of his soul.

My interpretation is that Harry's soul is not a horcrux. I could buy
that Dumbledore doesn't know that his body / his scar / etc is, or
that he's being misleading.
