I think Alla meant no one of the people who are not obviously and 
admittedly servants of Voldemort.  With, of course, the exception of 
Snape.

Why Snape?  Oh my goodness!  Well, I think it is because he is a 
sadistic, systematic, and constant abuser of children.  Not to 
mention a traitor and murderer (even if he was doing what DD wanted).
