I hope I don't make an arse of myself but here goes:

For some odd reason I am under the impression that JK Rowling has
already stated that Harry is not a Horcrux....I could be mistaken,
but that is what I understand ..if I am wrong I am sorry, I don't
want to ruffle other's beliefs.

I would also like to add:

If Voldemort were attempting to make a horcrux with Harry's death,
which backfired,wasn't it Voldemort's soul that was ripped from his
body and wandered the Black Forest etc. for 10 years until he showed
up at Hogwarts in Philosopher's Stone? So how could his soul also be
in Harry making him a horcrux?
