Another inconsistency?

  The Dark Mark is just a spell isn't it. Which means it can be removed. If Voldy needed Fenrir to have a Dark Mark for a specefic mission, he can give him one, no problem and then remove it latter. What happended to Mos Morde in this book anyway. The Dark Mark wasn;t cast into the sky once this entire book, not even during the final battle.
