I am still convinced that it was entirely Crabbe's idea to try and
capture Harry in the RoR. Crabbe is the leader of the Slytherin trio
now, not Draco. Draco probably just went along with it, unable to
convince Crabbe otherwise. I never liked Draco, but I want to be fair:
if he really wanted to "turn Harry over to regain his and his family's
status with LV", as you say, he had his chance at Malfoy Manor and he
didn't take it :-). If he was so eager to turn Harry in, why was he so
reluctant to identify him at Malfoy Manor :-)?
