Perhaps Draco didn't want to identify Harry, perhaps he didn't *want*
to identify Ron and Hermione either; but he did identify they, even
though he knew that meant they would be murdered, most likely slowly
and very painfully. Draco didn't exactly cover himself in glory in
that scene.
