Why not? You have to defeat you opponent. No one says *how* you are 
suppose to do it. Of course for Voldemort it means you have to kill 
the previous owner, but what did he know? Besides, Harry became the 
master of Draco's wand by wrestling it physically. So I am confused 
all ower again.

the one which seemed friendlie.
