Come on, Narcissa knows that the boy survived the Killing curse as a
baby. She just saw him with her own eyes being hit with an AK again
and survive again. Wouldn't she suspect something :-)? I think that at
this point she may already believe he is the Chosen One, you know? LV
obviously can't kill him for some reason, and who knows, maybe no one
can :-). 

Anyway, if LV thinks Harry is dead, he will immediately go to the
castle, and its defenders will most probably surrender, or so she
thinks. There will be no more fighting, and she will be able get to
Draco. OTOH, if LV finds out Harry is alive, who knows what will
happen? She doesn't know. She is desperate, so she chooses to do
something that would more surely bring her to her son, who is in
danger on the enemy territory. That's how I see it, anyway :-).
